Phil
is a 36-year-old who he has lived in the Adult Foster Care
community since he was discharged from his military service.
Phil suffers from a mental illness that requires that he regularly
take medicines prescribed to him by his physicians.
Phil
is not alone in his illness nor his age bracket. Many of us
assume that people are elderly by the time they move into
the Adult Foster Care system - this is not always the reality.
Phil
is outside the Christian faith, and I have had hours of one-on-one
time to share with him the resurrection of Jesus Christ and
the love and gospel of God. He has since moved on to another
care facility, but if it were not for the faithful support
of Christians supporting The Sharing Org's ministry, Phil would
not have ever heard about the love and grace of God through
Jesus Christ.
